"Johngarret has been my wellness and fitness coach for a little over a year. In that time he has helped me develop a completely new relationship with my body. When we first started in June 2018, I was overweight by about 50 lbs, my blood sugar was too high and I was pre-diabetic, and I had a pinched nerve in my neck. The first thing he had me do was alter my eating habits. He advised me to take on 21 day dietary protocols, which, at the time seemed restrictive, but they produced results. He also changed my relationship to the water I drink. Since humans are mostly water, he recommended that I should drink the highest quality water available. It took me awhile to get on board with that, but now that I've been only drinking high quality water, I can feel the difference.
The pinched nerve he corrected in a matter of weeks with his hands-on body work, combined with specific exercises to strengthen the muscles in the neck and shoulders. Since then, my posture has improved and people that I've known for years think that I've grown a couple of inches!
Regarding the weight and blood sugar, I've reduced my weight by more than 50 lbs, my blood sugar is normal, and I've reduce my waist by six inches. I've attained a level of athleticism that I haven't experienced since my teenage years.
I now feel like my body is a finely tuned race car, ready to run for the checkered flag.
