Based in Princeton, NJ, Johngarret Denise provides expert osteopathic manual therapy to clients across Central and North New Jersey, as well as Philadelphia and Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Through a combination of manual therapy techniques and targeted exercises, Johngarret helps alleviate pain, reduce discomfort, and enhance the mobility of joints, nerves, and soft tissues for improved overall function and well-being.
A Hands-On, Individualized Approach
Johngarret uses osteopathic manual therapy and hands-on bodywork to look beyond where pain is showing up and address the way the body is moving as a whole. Sessions are typically performed fully clothed and are tailored to each client’s needs, whether they’re recovering from an injury or surgery, managing chronic pain, or looking to move and perform better.
Treatment may incorporate manual therapy, ELDOA and other movement-based techniques. Every client also receives an individualized home program designed to support progress between sessions and help maintain the changes made during treatment.
